Twist and Shine – Return & Refund Policy (Jewellery Products)

At Twist and Shine, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as placing an order indicates acceptance of the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue along with order details.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product using the approved return method (if applicable).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, or handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Twist and Shine.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible items and subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Twist and Shine is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit; customers are advised to use trackable shipping.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

9. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
  • Then contact customer support for assistance.
